Weekends, school holidays, Halloween and December get booked up quickly, so we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead for parties and 2–3 months ahead for festivals and large events. That said, it's always worth asking about last-minute dates as we may still have space.

We're based in Greater Manchester and cover everywhere within about 50 miles, including Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent, Preston, Blackpool and Chester. Travel within Greater Manchester is included in our prices. For events further afield, a small travel fee may apply, so just let us know your location.

We only use professional, cosmetic-grade, water-based face paints and cosmetic glitters that comply with EN71 and UK cosmetic regulations. They're designed specifically for skin, are gentle and wash off easily with warm soapy water. We never use craft paints, acrylics or markers.

Please let us know about any allergies or skin conditions when you book. We can share full ingredient lists and carry out a small patch test on the arm before painting. We never paint over broken skin, rashes, cold sores or eczema flare-ups, but a hand or arm design or a glitter tattoo is often a great alternative.

Just a space of around 2m x 2m near a power socket is perfect, ideally with good light. We bring our own table, chairs, mirror and kit. For outdoor events, we'll need cover such as a gazebo in case of rain or strong sun.
